Your holiday apartment is secured with a £150 non refundable deposit with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday commences. We also require a £150 breakage deposit which is normally refunded following a satisfactory property check within one week of your departure.
The following services are available at extra cost: additional clean, airport transfers from Murcia (San Javier) or Alicante Airport, or from Torre Pacheco Railway Station. If you have special requirements please let us know. If we can help, we will.
Payment can be made by sterling cheque, bank transfer or if you prefer credit card (3.5% charge)
