This superb 2 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM ground floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard to ensure you are comfortable for your stay on Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course.

Staying at the property entitles you to reduced green fees at Hacienda Riquelm Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course, Mar Menor Golf Course & La Torre Golf Course. Polaris World provides free shuttle service between all the resorts.

Our apartment is situated only 20 minutes drive from Murcia Airport and 50 minutes from Alicante. Our representative will meet you at the resort or we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport at a reasonable cost.

Our apartment benefits from one of the largest terraces on the resort. Everything has been provided for your comfort to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. There is a relaxing outside lounge area with comfortable sofa and two chairs. A round table with 4 reclining chairs so you can relax in comfort whilst dining al fresco. Alternatively, sit on one of the two stools and have a drink whilst soaking up the atmosphere of this fabulous resort.

The relaxing lounge / diner has leather sofas and the patio doors face out to the terrace and golf course beyond. Polaris satellite TV has been installed which shows UK Channels. Also a DVD player which also plays CDs and an ipod docking station with speakers. Selection of DVDs and CDs are available for your use.

The Bedrooms can either be made into two singles or extra large double bed. Your choice! Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and side tables. Master bedroom is ensuite with second bedroom having shower room adjoining. Master bedroom has patio doors opening onto the terrace with golf views.

A ‘Guide to the Area’ is left at the property providing you with information on the resort, golf, places of interests, shopping facilities and local restaurants.
